All payment must be made in US Dollars by bank transfer or credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted. Please note that all bank charges shall be borne by the participant.

Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. A 4% bank charge will be added to the amount to be billed. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Any change or cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference secretariat. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the Conference. The refund policy is given below where the date indicates the date when the cancellation request is received.
